This document is a working draft prepared in-house. It reflects how Parkntel actually handles your data today, but it has not yet been reviewed or approved by a qualified solicitor, and it may change before launch.

Parkntel is the data controller for your personal data. These companies process some of it on our behalf, as processors, under a written data processing agreement. None of them is permitted to use your data for their own purposes, and none of them is an advertiser or data broker.
One thing worth saying plainly: DVLA is not on this list.We do not send registrations to DVLA to look up who owns a car. A registration is only ever matched against Parkntel accounts, so if the vehicle's keeper is not a Parkntel user, nothing happens.
Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe / Stripe, Inc.)
Identity verification (Stripe Identity), and payment processing where charges apply.

Parkntel never receives or stores your ID document or selfie. Stripe holds them, and we ask Stripe to redact them once the check is decided — we keep only the outcome.
Supabase, Inc.
The production database that holds your account, reports, and messages.

Changes to this list
We will update this page before a new sub-processor starts handling your data, and notify active users of material additions. If you object to a new sub-processor, tell us — in practice your remedy is to close your account, since we cannot run the service without the ones listed here, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise.
